Only bit of advice id give with starting strongman stuff is start off light and master the techniques.....ive seen plenty of gym lifters venture into strongman type lifts and get injured almost immediately,not because of the weight but because of the complete difference in movements working the body in a way that gym lifts dont.

Just type into Google functional strength for beginners you'll find one somewhere those type of gyms are opening up all over the place as does anything that becomes " trendy "

Iv just read the rest of it,now he's changed the goalposts,so it's 20 strict wide grips in a row,even tho I didn't claim that, my set starts  with ten underhand then ten widegrip,tho il still give it a rattle if he's willing to get the doe out as he's promised

Underarm FFS, my gran does 100 of those girly exercises just before breakfast! Lol

They are not even in the same timezone, one is primarily a bicep exercise, which is miles easier, the other, primarily a back exercise.

Not saying they are...

However 120 is still good going...

Genuinely do you think you could do 120 any style pull ups...?

Give it a go mate see if you can...

Thing is with pull ups there's lots of variety...going down to a dead hang...where you unlock your scapula this makes it even harder....and going supper wide as apposed to just wide
