Nah, just ended up starting a typical full body workout, stronglifts 5x5. I do like the look of the routines with all the exercises I mentioned, it does get monotonous just lifting weights. I haven't seen one hence the thread, but strength & mobility training is great for you, I've done fully body workouts before but like the look of farmers walks, sled push, tyre hammers, basically a mixture of everything, like a more strength based cross fit if possible.
