Workouts?

The way I see it is that a lot of old dears suffer hip injuries with falls and with limited mobility afterwards .

the rise in people doing complex movements like squats , deadlifts , etc builds a more resilient , stronger area for hinge movements like sitting down etc , that can surely only you benefit you as you age

No but I remember seeing you

I’d imagine you have fingers like He-Man’s arms the amount of utter wank you type every single day ?

If you do a decent amount of manual labour and shag before bed and before work every morning...then you should be a f***ing machine like me pal😁...last time I set foot in a gym was circa 1995 Portland

Will you shut up whining you rigor mortis faced invalid and get squatting! If that means teabagging your rubber doll then so be it! It'll add decades on to your life!

No comparison overhand wide grip pull-ups to underhand, the latter is more of a bicep exercise. I've never been particularly great at wide grip pull-ups as I've got thick set legs, the lads with no arses and drainpipes for legs find them much easier.

Lol yeah I use the underhand for front of my body,if I arch back every so slightly instead of straight up it hits chest biceps an abs, wide grip are hard to start of with but the more you do the easier they get.

You do t need to make excuses to me why ye can't do them goly,I know your fat that's OK,just keep trying lol 😂

They will be even harder when you eventually stop using the kneepad. 😁

Mate, I bet I've got more muscle in my arms than you have your whole body, 75kg, last time I weighed that was at school. Lol

Sounds to me like you want some kind of strongman routine...you know enough to crack on...getting a gym with the equipment is the difficult bit ..unless you got some

There's loads of plans out there..

Youtube guy I used to watch alot was Brian alsrhu...strong man but very fit with it...

He always trains in giant set format...check him out

I've just had a word with the gym owner, if they want to keep paying my membership they are going to have to order in some heavier weights.

These would be alright for you in your crossfit classes.
