THE STIFFMEISTER 16,231 Posted yesterday at 07:28 Report Share Posted yesterday at 07:28 The way I see it is that a lot of old dears suffer hip injuries with falls and with limited mobility afterwards . the rise in people doing complex movements like squats , deadlifts , etc builds a more resilient , stronger area for hinge movements like sitting down etc , that can surely only you benefit you as you age

I've never been particularly great at wide grip pull-ups as I've got thick set legs, the lads with no arses and drainpipes for legs find them much easier.

Lol yeah I use the underhand for front of my body,if I arch back every so slightly instead of straight up it hits chest biceps an abs, wide grip are hard to start of with but the more you do the easier they get. You do t need to make excuses to me why ye can't do them goly,I know your fat that's OK,just keep trying lol
