THE STIFFMEISTER 16,232 Posted Monday at 21:32 Report Share Posted Monday at 21:32 The end state is to get to this Pullups - 25 reps Barbell Deadlift with 135 lbs. - 50 reps Pushups - 50 reps 24-inch Box Jumps - 50 reps Floor Wipers - 50 reps Single-Arm Clean-and-Press with 36 lbs Kettlebell - 50 reps Pullups - 25 reps the journey to get you there encapsulates everything from bent over rows , to tyre flips and hammer work 30 days cycle , it’s intense , one work out a day , followed by programme two . its designed by Dave Randolph for the actors in 300 , ignore the title as it’s very childish , but its monstrous when you start it . It’s called the Spartan warrior work out , how to get action movie ripped in 30 days . its a very simple small well put together book with stretches etc in it . It’s a total body split , with the emphasis on compound work and good quality movements . what I will say is that it’s not a couch to 5k style , you need to have some residual strength to be doing sets of pull ups
