Listen mate a don't need to prove nothing to nobody. An a defo don't come running for a days out. Many have by the sounds of it lol. I just drop on any land. I've had motors pull up in past. They've done f**k all. Out lamping an had them watching us. Like I've said in the past the lands there's.  Gods creatures aren't. There free for everybody to throw in slow cooker. It's always been that way for me.

Why you need somebody to give you a routine haha surely you know what you wanna do haha I just do the big 5, and then whatever else I fancy to be fair

Not about that. But if I wanted a night out I'd just f**k off out at midnight an hit any land where a know there's decent quarry. Just like nodoubt you did before having permission or your own land. f***ing hate how guys who get permission come over prim an proper. Like they've never hit no permission land. A hate the word permission. I've got some land a can go on up near scotch corner. Land own said a could after seeing me on it. Lol. Said he wanted the rabbits gone. A was shooting them off the patrol station forecourt at scotch corner. On way back home lol. Was lifted when we went to fill up. That's when I had HW100 back 20 year ago.

I have an idea of course, I could just do a fully body routine but I get bored of em, I think I'd find the functional strength training more interesting, switching things up more.

Do full body, take literally 40 mins to an hour then fcuk about with other stuff mate, I do lots farmers carry’s sn stuff at work so don’t really do them in gym, but everythin else is fair game, I do try an do fair bit basic body weight excersizes aswell
