Get out of the cab... and get back on the banjo for a month's worth of shifts ..never no need to go to a gym...unless your a pretty boy....

I'm not King lad, I don't work in a cab, I'm on the banjo regularly, still, machines like me can always want more performance.

Instead of getting in your car and following the bin men next time you spit your dummy out at them .. try running after them, that'll help with mobility 👍

If you do a decent amount of manual labour and shag before bed and before work every morning...then you should be a f***ing machine like me pal😁...last time I set foot in a gym was circa 1995 Portland YOI,never seen the attraction if I'm honest..just about everyone I've known who's dedicated their lives to the gym...is a crumbling , insignificant old fool on a pair of pip sticks 20 yrs down the line..shallowness/vain ness are not a good quality in a man or woman 👍
