Apparently it's considered a cold cut and is similar to some other dishes from around the world Not really a fan of the stuff personally but was given two bowls of it to share around so. Actually they wanna do a whole old school hog killing sometime and they want me to film it from killing the pig to the final deal. I tell them about me sharing all this stuff and there beyond happy folks all over are reading and enjoying the pictures and stuff. Especially the last one I posted where it was the scrap book I had found of a hog killing in the 90's.. But like I said I need to start doing this stuff before they all kick the bucket.
