All last season full of golden eggs scotty. 2 to 3 set of 4s an 5s out of 16 pairs do your maths. Bad season for me lol. I've kept back 16 birds from the diffrent pairings from my pieds , couple of none visuals too. Which im using a bully cock over one of the none visual hens plus a few none visual cocks over some timbrado canary hens breed a few mules this season. Use the hens a breed for fosters next season.

I kept canary’s for a bit, too time consuming. Maybe when I get too old for dogs or lose my bottle I’ll get more. Till then tho I’ll concentrate on the dogs

Too time consuming canaries . You throw in weekly feeders an weekly drinkers. Clean them out on a weekend. If you don't want to breed you don't have too. Have a few cock singers or few hens just to look at diffrent colours breeds.
