In fairness to the fella who started the topic its a fascinating concept that down my local today i brought up with some pals and have had an unusually interesting conversation about.....according to one chap a similar idea was brought to the medias attention in China not long after the one child policy was abandoned as a way to both bring the population down and create a quality over quantity mentality to Chinese society.

Daft as it seemed when i first looked at this topic this morning......fair do's over/after a number of beers its a really interesting and thought provoking theory :thumbs:

Goly ,you are a genius ! Killing old people to save the state money ,great idea ,we could have incentive schemes too ,like it you persuade your grannie ,who is only 68 to go at the same time as your grandad ,then you get a tax rebate ,and why even bother with the cost of drugs when a cushion when they're having an afternoon nap costs nothing but why stop at old people ?what about disabled people and the cost of all those fkn ramps ,surely we could cull them even earlier ,sick people ? cancer? some of them little bald bastids last fkn years ,it must cost £££££££££££ ,downs syndrome ? they stop being cute after about 10 yrs old anyway ,what about stupid people ? they must cost the state a fortune ,or is that too close to home for you .

I'm 64 and feel sound so I'm going to go for a no on that.

What I would vote for is any lazy b*****d who has spent more than 30 years (or whatever number you like) living on benefits should be euthanised. That would probably save the country as much money.

We know a few of  them ,don't we pal 👍

We certainly do mate.

I'd inject the lazy, thieving b*****ds for free. I'd even work weekends if they asked me to. 😂

Such positive feedback and I'm happy to see many jumping onboard with my proposals.

Here are some benefits.

1.) Enjoy your retirement whilst both your knees still work.

2.) Less people needing hip replacements means more money for important things like pothole repairs and wonderful art exhibitions.

3.) You'll be able to take up popular retirement hobbies like birdwatching whilst you can still see for the length of your nose.
