Yes mate I use 5 in 1 Ashwagandha and Shilajit which also has Lions main,Turmeric and Black pepper in it after being recommended. I recon it takes about two weeks then you do feel  a boost.

Cheers Arry

Golden milk was another I've been trying the milk has to be hot for the turmeric to work and black pepper releases the curcumin in the turmeric. Like I said bit of a rabbit hole when you get going interesting looking into it all if nothing else.

Honey mate makes everything palatable, my daily drink is a pint of hot water couple of mil nettle root, couple mil cider apple vinegar spoonful of real honey and a mint tea bag keeps the old water works flowing nicely and seems to help with the old arthritis as my xrays ,scans and docs tell me I,m riddled with it but I feel nothing

What do people cook with ?……

I used absolutely loads (and I mean loads) of garlick, turmeric, paprika, cumin, black pepper, ginger, basil etc etc on a weekly basis

Loads and loads of herbs and spices

Not for any medicinal reason, just because I like to cook and I like to have a bit of flavour & interest in what I’m eating.

I’ve always cooked like that and one thing I have noticed over the years is, my dogs get all our leftovers, and they never need worming….ever.

You see these Holland & Barrat ads on the telly mate and they are charging a fortune for something that you can just put in your dinner every day.

Food is a biggie imho, sometimes you want something heavy and robust and frankly rubbish (like a full English) and that’s fine, but sometimes you want something lighter, fresher…..it’s all in world cooking.

Mediterranean, Asian, Italian…..Our own isle has some of the greatest produce in the world, well worth investigating

Yep those nettle tea bags were £3.50 for 20, I did use them twice though.

A great deal is about how you cook as well, Bacon with the fat cut off, brown bread for toast, small amount of baked beans, poached egg instead of fried and grilled tomatoes and mushrooms instead of fried, a relatively health full English with 3 of your 5 a day.

Let me do you the favour of a serious response for a second.

Ive been retired 10 years and enjoyed every second of doing f**k all and cooking and eating things I like and, just like every male in my line before me, I’m a big old dude now although still able for 90 minutes of football every week at 53 year old.

You on the other hand are probably in your 40s and looking to sort yourself out, now, if you are 40 and in tatters what the f**k have you been at for the last 25 year ?
There’s lads of 40 never went near a gym in their life and they are in great order because they graft and are generally active plus probably have decent genetics.
I was a machine upto the point I retired, never thought nothing about it…..what’s your excuse ?

I know an Asian lad, who's mum had breast cancer..rather than have conventional treatments, she went back home for a 12 month..and ate all the traditional meals and spices etc...she came back to the UK and was cancer free.... having a good diet will keep most things at bay👍

I found out the other day that brown bread has more calories than white bread, but I don’t really worry about that sort of thing, it was just a surprise.
