I'd use the sheet stuff myself the spray stuff would need trimming back to overboard it.

One of my old kennels had sheet polystyrene in which a lot cheaper than kingspan and did the job.

Thank you gripper,I seen lads spray foaming in between floor joists, they had an old board an when they sprayed they put the board down until it spread,no wastage, was thinking of doing the same, tho I must check the polystyrene out

I've seen them doing the spray too mate but I've never seen the price of it.

I'm not sure how they work the thermal rating of different insulation out but their can't be much difference between them if its just a shed your after doing.  Will you be heating the shed?

Stay away from that foam, I nearly got fooled in to having it in the loft, kingspan every time.

lol great how a roof cant breath when it’s all foamed up air tight lol  the house is already insulated on the loft floor lol and a conversion like qb grey said kingspan with a gap and venting normally soffit and ridge

bangers will sort it for you and a good price to lol

Yeah, that would be disastrous for the wood, no way to breath and full of moisture, it would rot something rotten.
