Pouch preferences.

The amount of variation on pouches with different sizes and materials. What's lads preference regarding pouches. I have recently been using narrower pouches though i have had a few fork hits so have gone for a wider pouch and do lads think pouch size can affect accuracy.

Them bands I sent you mate, I was a bit unsure of the big pouches on them. But now I've got use to them, but would prefer a smaller pouch. However I have quite big hands and fred elliot fingers like sausages so I do find the very small pouches a tad awkward. But I personally don't think the pouch size affects my accuracy. I normally shoot 9.5s , sometimes 11mil but my sweet spot is 9.5s. But when I get in from work I have some 8mm in my dog walking coat I practice with when I take dog out for his buisness and it's a small pouch on the frame I use with 8 mills .

I prefer roo pouches,  difficult to get good ones tho. I put roo on the tuffty bands and it's very powerful and accurate with 11mm steel,  cheers pal

Think it was ATO on YouTube did a vid on different size pouches and the effects on speed, was quite a difference.

Remember a mate some years back making some pouches out of grey squirrel skins though the process of treating the skins was a long process in making the skin pliable to use as a pouch. I admit to liking soft leather pouches myself that are wide enough for 11mm steel but not too wide for 9.5s.

Apparently mine are microfibre nice soft supple things off chap called mooch on eBay. I started making my own bands and reuse the pooches. I won load bands on raffle and the pouches are big thick heavy things hate them

I've tried a few micro fibre pouches and the best zero stretch are from cattyshack.
