A do 9 miles on an evening just local walking. So a will be fine me mate. A will calculate the mileage a used too walk with stage hound Lamping. A went out at midnight wasn't back till 3 / 4 in morning. Put the miles in. A did that from age of 16 upto about 25 year old. Few hours kip up at 8 for work. A lived for it. But after that operation on that ulcer a lost that go mate. Don't get me wrong a still do the bit. But not like a used too. Arguments I've had over the years with miss. Because each weekend a was just off hunting. No consideration for her

I've just had two blanks on the trot...there flying now ...some good runs mind....straight through a hedge the other day...couple walking a dog other side...she shrieked....I poped up...did they make you jump I says....bloke mutters they chasing a hare....I replies oh yes wi a bit of luck they will catch it...lol....they didn't of course

loll the last me young dog killed he couldn’t get it  under control it was ripping out the turns flying and he’s rapid he took it out me pal said that was like when your on a  computer when your behind then it glitches and you’ve made a tackle lol

Just done calculations mate 19 miles. Thats not putting in spotting the land around the areas. Full circle back home. Thats some doing. A couldn't do that now. Feet were f****d most of the time. Blisters I've had on my heels. Are lass used to think a was mad. Doing that to myself. But a was fit. A couldn't understand how I ended up in hospital with that ulcer. Proper f****d with my head. Ended up with PTSD. Was in a bad way at one point. From being physically fit. To bed ridden for 5 weeks in hospital then so many weeks at home. Coughing was worst with the stitches down my abdomen. Had to put a pillow there an push it in to cough so stitches didn't rip inside an out. Dogs just sat in kennel at the time , fishing my lad f***ing off without me. Killed me. We don't know how lucky we are. When you see dick heads f***ing life away.

yes mate it’s tough for them only 20 year ago lads on chicken farm etc watch you have a course cheer the dog on how times change so quickly the   power of propaganda

Get yourself out lad, you're stuck in a rut and afraid to push yourself. mC has had a widow maker and has battled back, mind over matter, your body is a lot stronger than you think.

An now I've had shits for two weeks so paranoid about that. Lol. Been a toilet 11 times since 6 this morning. Went to docs yesterday told him my situation with the ulcers. Saying its gastroenteritis. A said what for f***ing two weeks. Ffs. You having a laugh. Gave me a tube to shite in. Told me to take it home. What an come back lol. Simple c**t. A said cant a use toilets here. Looked at me to say " Don't you want to do it at home. . Yuppy c**ts. Strides down in doc toilets. f***ing slaps fart up rim lol. Hayup here we go. When a went out into reception looks a got was ace. Definitely heard me. Lol. Are lass was shown up.
