If it's working then that's good for you, I just don't but the fear mongering of certain diets, if you eat anything with excess and don't eat balanced you will suffer down the line at some point. Even one of the biggest advocates of the carnivore diet admitted he had to give it up because he was getting health issues, he now has veg & honey. At the end of the day, if you eat a balanced diet and exercise you can't really go wrong.

For sure but for anybody that’s suffering with pain or inflammation then I suggest they try an cut out carbs an sugar or cut down at very least an see how they go, what they got to lose, I’m pretty sure it won’t cure all, but worth a try

Without a doubt, it won't hurt to try anything, if you feel like you are getting benefits that's all that matters. What I don't understand is some folks need to claim this fad diet is better than the next, everyone is different, as I pointed out, even one of the leading advocates for the carnivore diet couldn't handle it after so long, he started having health issues in which he addressed.

Your on about saldino or whatever his name is....all he did was add a few certain vegetables and some fruit....he's still calls himself meat based.....and you picking out 1 person...

All the youtube people you all been putting up all have the merits...both sides of the argument goly....but its pure folly to ignore the 10,s of thousands of normal folk that comment on these channels stating how they have changed there health for the better by using a low carb approach...these are the people worth reading about and how it's worked for them

The carbonators inexperience on the subject is plane to see for people that have actually  transitioned to a high fat low carb diet mate at somepoint. You and others will know how it feels when you've became fat adapted then dabble in a high carb treat/ meal how awful your body feels afterwards. 
 

 

as I said before my mum was bed bound 50/50 some days she's ok then bed ridden for a few days with bad arthritis and other health problems ( never away from the doctors and hospitals on all sorts of medication and treatments from the "professionals " ) as well as ending up overweight because of it she has been on the carnivore for several years through dr Ken berry  basically got a second chance at life like a new women no aches or pains fit as a fiddle again and is fit enough to look after her wee grandson all with a simple change in diet her last chapter in life could have been so different and miserable if it wasn't for a simple change in diet

Think he was using one of the companies that do the sports meals, I remember a pro boxer from near me using them during a training camp, cannot remember what the company was called, but the food looked a good variety of lean meats, fish, vegetables etc and just small regular portion sizes
