it’s food  they mean it causes  inflammation in the gut mate that could lead to worse in time

that test is for blood infections disease one blood cell fights it etc how many white cells etc

well that’s my thought lol

You are moving the goalposts, did Francie train you up? Lol

You do realise that if you have chronic inflammation, which would be inevitable if what you  claim about carbs is true, it would show up on the CRP test.

It isn't true hence why my markers are within the normal range.

It's like knocking on wood here and you have just shot yourself in the foot posting that because it states that saturated fats linger in the body and release inflammation in to the bloodstream, not your greatest of work this. Lol

Mental haha my advice is do what works for ye, cos you can make a change, a big change with bit research, common sense and will power

Which is clear, if you cut out the carbs you will lose weight and reap the benefits.

I ain’t lost any weight pal, maybe odd lb or 2, but weight loss ain’t affected me, iv always been the same weight within a few Lb, but the shape of my body changed, I done me ankle years ago doing basic training in army, suffered for it ever since, usually it was first thing in morning an last thing at night when I’d stoped moving, gone after I cut out carbs an sugar, torn me shoulder twice about 15 year ago, was trying to man handle a young tame bull an it tore bad, 4 month away from heavy work an went back, tried to move a bale an done it again, for years iv had to put up with not being able to use it as much as can the other, sorted tho, that did take about 12 weeks eating clean to go away, I told a mate who diabetic, he tried it an he has sorted himself out, I could go on, weight never ever been an issue with me tho, I just reaped a whole lot more benefits

But you have said yourself that you started working out and eating better as well? And if you are eating better which includes protein then you'll be gaining muscle as well as losing fat which is why your body composition has improved and you have still kept a lot of your weight.

Iv been working out a good bit longer than I started eating better. I foolishly started off eating anything just cos I was working out, but o found the more carbs I ate the worse I felt at work or the gym, so had heard loads a folk saying about carbs an sugar an carnivore diet an stuff but didn’t understand it to be honest. Read a few bits a bats, watched a few podcasts a spoke to a doctor that’s a family friend, a then coke to my own conclusion a decided to try it. I don’t do full on carnivore as was warned against it by the doctor ( other doctors like Dr Ken berry tho swear by it) who told me to stay clear of the vaccine so I trust her haha so I’m not full on carnivore but rarely eat carbs or sugar , like iv said if anybody has anymore than 2 brain cells rattling about there nut then they should know themselves, try it and see if ye notice results, that’s only advice I’d give anybody cos I ain’t a Fcuking doctor, an even them cnuts can’t agree on it haha

I rate eggs highly, have you ever used the liquid egg whites in favour of the protein powder?

Incidentally I did fried bread with this, borderline dry fried bread, but fried bread nonetheless
