Lol You do realise that if you have chronic inflammation, which would be inevitable if what you claim about carbs is true, it would show up on the CRP test. It isn't true hence why my markers are within the normal range.

And if you are eating better which includes protein then you'll be gaining muscle as well as losing fat which is why your body composition has improved and you have still kept a lot of your weight. Iv been working out a good bit longer than I started eating better. I foolishly started off eating anything just cos I was working out, but o found the more carbs I ate the worse I felt at work or the gym, so had heard loads a folk saying about carbs an sugar an carnivore diet an stuff but didn’t understand it to be honest. Read a few bits a bats, watched a few podcasts a spoke to a doctor that’s a family friend, a then coke to my own conclusion a decided to try it. I don’t do full on carnivore as was warned against it by the doctor ( other doctors like Dr Ken berry tho swear by it) who told me to stay clear of the vaccine so I trust her haha so I’m not full on carnivore but rarely eat carbs or sugar , like iv said if anybody has anymore than 2 brain cells rattling about there nut then they should know themselves, try it and see if ye notice results, that’s only advice I’d give anybody cos I ain’t a Fcuking doctor, an even them cnuts can’t agree on it haha

Incidentally I did fried bread with this, borderline dry fried bread, but fried bread nonetheless
