Tomorrow right, your just a stubborn fecker that don't want to be wrong lol ab in my eyes that's weakness,a man admits when he's wrong an gets on with it.

Your saying he shoots people down with science, well what is science,it is testing an observing until you get the facts.

You just can't accept the fact that most carbs especially processed an refined are not healthy an cause insulin spikes that damage our body's.

There is no adaption in the genes,us an dogs can tolerate the carbs but feel an work better with animal based.

I know my dogs run, hunt, look better on raw meat compared to shitty bagged meal,I don't know what you feed the lawn shitter tho lol

So if your digging your heels an afraid to be a man an admit when your wrong answer me this

Do you beleive vegetables oils to be healthy for us an not give us cholesterol just like the mainstream doctors say, bearing in mind you can't include olive oil it's a fruit.

I'm sure we have adapted to a degree...but 10.000 years is quite a short time span...10.000 year equates to your grandparents x 400....when you think about it that's not that many people before you..also when we started farming back then I would imagine it was just a few things...and more than likely the domestication of things like goats pigs were were high on there things to grow...and I do know the early grains that were grown were far different to the modern ones

Nothing to do with that, and I'm not wrong, you are, posting random videos or a debunked study doesn't make you right.

The science says that high LDL is linked to CVD, so, show me good science stating the opposite.

And yes we as well as dogs have genetic adaptations to carbs, I'd post the study but you don't tend to read much science. Lol

So, here's something for you to read.

Carbs were key in wolves' evolution into dogs
PUBLIC-HEALTH.UQ.EDU.AU

You’ve probably seen recent claims online seed oils are “toxic” and cause inflammation, cancer, diabetes and...

Alot of assumptions in that piece, imo the genes were already there an just weren't utilised until they ate carbs, but obviously going by this study eating the carbs has weakened the wolves an there genepool, they've diversed into smaller weaker versions of themselves by eating carbs lol that what the study really says

Serious question, how long have you been on carnivore, did you get your blood work done before and since, if so have you seen improvements, because on carnivore subs on Reddit most people are complaining about their cholesterol going through the roof.

Yeah, all just assumptions, no science at all. Smaller & weaker, funny that, because some domestic dog breeds are larger than their wolf cousins, and wolves in captivity don't live any longer than dogs.

No mate did nothing maybe I should...but once again your talking about cholesterol...

I started July 2023...there are a number of improvements that happened....

1 I lost weight 2 stone in 5 months...

2 I had IBS...5..6 times a day on the loo...3 times in a morning before I dare leave the house...now I go once a day

3 I can go all day without being truly hungry...I eat twice  a day now ..

4 I can go and lift heavy at the gym without thinking I better get a feed before I go...

5 overall it's very liberating for me cos I don't plan my day around food set meal times or the bog of course...lol

That's what we have recently been discussing.

As Francie asked, yes, you can still be lean and suffer from high cholesterol.

Good for you mate, if you've lost weight and feel great what more can you ask for.

I still think you'd be wise to check your cholesterol, you might have great genetics and have good markers, for all I know you might be eating lean meats. You're doing more than most, you've lost weight and you exercise, good stuff.

Well obviously the genes were already there to be used,it doesn't specify what the genes done before they adapted to starch.

No dog is bigger or stronger than the grey wolf

Wrong again, yes, some dog breeds are bigger than the grey wolf, they grow up to around 170 odd pound, mastiffs get bigger than that.
