Posting random videos on YouTube doesn't mean it's right, especially when these videos are made by people who are not qualified in that field.

The man who i post, Layne Norton has a BS in Biochemistry, which covers lipids. He also has a Phd in Nutritional Sciences, basically he's an expert on these things. So, here's what an expert in this field says about LDL cholesterol.

Jesus you got a hard on for Lane....

The point of the other videos is that there is evidence that it's not just sat fat that's the cause of high LDL...as I said earlier it's more complicated....

At the end of the day your just not going to believe anybody with a different view point...your very close minded...

Years ago I thought like you ...I ate the standard body building food...chicken broccoli rice...fat was bad ...carbs and protein good...but you know we listen and learn...

Beofe I went down this keto carnivore path..I watched everything...at first I thought this is not right...took me 3 years before I gave it a go...

But you know what swung it for me was listening to how humans evolved...we are hyper carnivores...a hyper carnivore is something that gets 70% of its food from animals....and I think comen sence tells you this...there's no way cave men excited on eating a few plants....especially in the northern hemisphere where we were in an ice sheet for 200.000 years...

Not at all, I just like the fact that he shoots these people down with science, you can't beat that. Plus he is more than qualified to listen on the subject, not bodybuilders, not endocrinologists, not a GP.

Who said it's just saturated fats? LDL can increase through lack of exercise, smoking, obesity, and of course genetics play a part.

We haven't been hyper carnivores for thousands of years, farming has been around for 10,000 years, don't you think we haven't gone through genetic adaptations to suit a more carb based diet, of course we have, it's interesting because dogs have the same genetic adaptations.

Tomorrow right, your just a stubborn fecker that don't want to be wrong lol ab in my eyes that's weakness,a man admits when he's wrong an gets on with it.

Your saying he shoots people down with science, well what is science,it is testing an observing until you get the facts.

You just can't accept the fact that most carbs especially processed an refined are not healthy an cause insulin spikes that damage our body's.

There is no adaption in the genes,us an dogs can tolerate the carbs but feel an work better with animal based.

I know my dogs run, hunt, look better on raw meat compared to shitty bagged meal,I don't know what you feed the lawn shitter tho lol

So if your digging your heels an afraid to be a man an admit when your wrong answer me this

Do you beleive vegetables oils to be healthy for us an not give us cholesterol just like the mainstream doctors say, bearing in mind you can't include olive oil it's a fruit.

This Is comedy gold, they tell us animal fats ooh bad use processed vegtable oil lol

Yes, fried foods cooked in most vegetable oils are generally considered unhealthy due to the high calorie content, potential for trans fat formation when heated, and the high omega-6 fatty acid content in many common vegetable oils, which can contribute to inflammation when consumed in excess; choosing healthier oils with a high smoke point like avocado oil or coconut oil for frying can be a better option, but moderation is still key.

Key points about fried foods and vegetable oils:
  • High calorie intake:
Fried foods absorb a lot of oil, leading to a high calorie count per serving.

  • Trans fat formation:
When certain vegetable oils are heated to high temperatures, they can form trans fats, which are linked to heart disease.

  • Omega-6 fatty acids:
Many common vegetable oils like corn, soybean, and sunflower oil are high in omega-6 fatty acids, which can contribute to inflammation when consumed in large amounts.

  • Smoke point matters:
Using an oil with a high smoke point is important for frying, as oils that burn at lower temperatures can release harmful compounds.

Healthier alternatives:
  • Avocado oil: Has a high smoke point and is considered a healthier choice for frying
  • Coconut oil: Also has a high smoke point and can be used for frying
  • Olive oil: Can be used for low-heat frying, but be mindful of its lower smoke point

Nothing to do with that, and I'm not wrong, you are, posting random videos or a debunked study doesn't make you right.

The science says that high LDL is linked to CVD, so, show me good science stating the opposite.

And yes we as well as dogs have genetic adaptations to carbs, I'd post the study but you don't tend to read much science. Lol

So, here's something for you to read.

But here

Is vegetable oil healthy when heated?

Consumption of heated vegetable oil may increase the risk of cardiovascular disease via affecting serum lipid profiles, blood pressure, and promoting …
