Somethings not adding up here, the medical establishment is saying if you eat excess calories it will be turned into fats ie triglycerides?

So what do they mean by excess is that over your daily recommended intake of calories?

If so that means people who stick religiously to the recommended daily intake of calories shouldn't have high tryglicerides,so shouldn't have high cholesterol?

Which is total bollocks lol

What's the truth here goly?

I'm off out supping Francie, I'll be back on tomorrow to own ya. Lol

Hahaha don't be getting to drunk now an acting the candy man.

Here's one for you to read later when your in someone's kitchen preaching.lol

So mainstream doctors say excess calories makes you fat an increases your cholesterol ldl via high triglycerides

So how come whenever I was carnivore eating only saturated fat,ie butter eggs steak lard I was lean as f**k,had a low body fat under 15percent,so there talking bollocks

according to there own words it is excess calories which obviously made you fat an increased cholesterol, but I was very lean eating saturated fat,so there wrong you can be lean an still have high cholesterol?

So should my cholesterol be high when I have low body fat an lean?

There full of dung carbonator.

Here's another cracker, the mainstream medical says cook with vegetables oils there healthy an DONT higher your cholesterol.

Bear in mind olive is not a veg it's a fruit,so the rest canola, sunflower etc are healthy an don't raise your cholesterol.

But sure every takeaway,Chinese, fish shop, burger joint fry your food in these vegtable oils an according to them also fast food is bad for you hahaha you can't make this shit up.

But goly will come back an say oh its the high calories in it thats bad for you,so according to the mainstream if I eat my recommended daily intake of calories with fast food I should be healthy, after all there cooked in apparently healthy vegetables oils haha as long as I don't eat over recommended daily intake of calories hahahaha f**k me I need a beer

Look at a picture of people in the 1970`s very few fat people, The difference in my opinion is diet, todays diet is mainly processed foods where as back in the 1970`s most meals were made from scratch apart from the odd visit to the chippy on a Friday. I was diabetic with heart disease a year ago, 15s 7lb, fast forward to today, 11s 5oz, no longer diabetic and my heart problem appears to be in remission. All it took was a change of diet and attitude towards food. One of the main thing that helped me was the fitting of a Libra freestyle blood sugar monitor. It enabled me to see the effect in foods in real time. All i need to do now is up the exercise to tone the loose skin up Lol.
