It's not as black an white as you think No, I never said it's just cholesterol, HDL is classed as good cholesterol, so, not all cholesterol is bad, but high LDL cholesterol is known to be bad for you, one study out of god knows how many stating the opposite is untrustworthy. I don't why we keep arguing over fad diets, if you have a very restrictive diet, be that carnivore, vegan, your health won't be optimal.
