Yeah, HDL is known as good cholesterol and LDL bad cholesterol, even though it's not the cholesterol itself that's damaging it's a protein that is attached to it.

Basically King lad eat a balanced diet, lean protein, good fats, that's your avocado, olive oil, fish, nuts, fruit, veg, you can't go wrong. 

You would be wise to start an exercise regime, it might be worrying seeing as you've just had a clutcher but start off light and slowly increase the intensity, and if you smoke, jack it in.

Sadly I actually leave the boat and join the real world each day I work in a dementia home and do regular courses on the subject so you just carry on taking your scripts and report back to me if you ever make 50 let alone 60 keep on  munching those kebabs sitting on your arse pulling levers as long as Google tells you it’s ok you should be just fine you complete melt

Pulling levers? Lol, that dementia must be in the final stages, believing in fake big cats and showing off pictures of your testicles is one of the major symptoms of and state dementia.  A quick Google search says you haven't got long left Uncle Albert. 😁😁

i know mate they go over the top at times most men your age have some heart disease it’s when you don’t know it’s bad you found it before you had a cardiac arrest. few changes mate you have another 30 year in ya lol

when i was trying to get going. again i couldn’t walk one field id have to keep

stopping for the cramp to go one time it took me about 5 hour to get a mile back to motor 

no better excercise then long walks
