I would second that, the studies iv read says cholesterol is the good guy,its there to cover an full in the tiny holes (inflamation) in the walls to try an heal it.

Go withe med diet, research it,I would stay away from all foods in packets, processed, processed sugar, especially that nasty seed oils, the body can't break it down,no fast food, limit your carbs to certain veg.

If I were you I'd go private an get a cac test,to see how much is in your arteries, its an mri of your heart an arteries, its one of the best indicators of heart diocese.

I suppose your doctor wants you on statins king?

Yes francie been on 6 tablets a day since last August mate..

They also cause havoc with your blood pressure and mess up your lipids, it's not wise to just go on them and do no blood work. If King was high risk which he likely was, those courses of testosterone may have tipped him over the edge.

I had blood work done by my doctor before I started trt mate my levels were low hence me starting trt..

What do you think high LDL cholesterol does mate? It penetrates the artery and causes plaques.

Cholesterol makes up a portion of your brain and I’ve read a few papers recently about cholesterol reducing statins causing a massive rise in  altzimer it’s not the same when you in your 20s as it is in older age cholesterol is not as bad as they make you believe just to push statins on every fecker likewise blood pressure is the same it naturally rises with age now get off Google and open the curtains there’s a big real world waiting outside once you overcome the agoraphobia issues

plaque is made up of lipids most plaque is made up of or high percentage of ldl so your correct for once lol

once plaque forms it will weaken the wall of the arteries and then thrombus

once  cleared they put a stent in to open it up and bypass the weak part of the arterie smoking will clog the stent up once the stents aren’t enough its veins from your legs and a bypass so go careful on the smoking king lol

some truths mate blood pressure now is measured different to how it was by age an old dr was mourning about it to me

but high ldl or low hdl with high triglycerides is bad so cholesterol is worth keeping a tab on

and as for statins the most prescribed drug in the west it was toxic for me nearly brown bread with issues from diabetes to fatty liver high liver function and a massive weight gain

Few papers, Sport or Star? You missed the paper that states high LDL cholesterol levels have been linked to plaque formation, I know you didn't know this but there is different types of cholesterol, HDL, LDL, etc, LDL is known as bad cholesterol.

Your obsession with phantom big cats is killing what's left of that grey matter, Greyman.

Many claim trt , but are jabbin 250/300 a week, that's cruising not trt. Obviously everyone is different.  But if you got your bloods checked regular and privately by company like medichecks,  then I reckon a most jabbin about 125 a week
