I've been having them in my porridge on weekend mornings along with some sultanas ( f***ing love them ) or chopped dates (f***ing love them too ) lol.. I did read somewhere once that the chia seeds need crushing up inorder for your body to get the goodness out, otherwise they pass straight through you. Not sure if it's true.. and i don't fancy checking to find out!! What is the Evoo pal?? EVOO is extra virgin olive oil , you have to let the seeds soak for a good 10 minutes and swell up to get the benefits apparently 1

Sound mate thanks! I had a podcast come on recently, on auto play, was all about extra virgin olive oil. I didn't realise how complicated it can be to get the right one that ticks all the box's inorder to get the max health benefits from it! I was confused as f**k after listening to it! Lol..
