Another source goly, you definitely inflamed lol

normal C-reactive protein (CRP) level is less than 0.3 milligrams per deciliter (mg/dL). However, the normal range for CRP can vary depending on the lab and the procedure used.

CRP levels

  • Less than 0.3 mg/dL: Normal level for most healthy adults
  • 0.3–1.0 mg/dL: Normal or minor elevation
  • 1.0–10.0 mg/dL: Moderate elevation
  • More than 10.0 mg/dL: Marked elevation
  • More than 50.0 mg/dL: Severe elevation

the same reason mine are because i eat red meat normal amounts with  exercise won’t be an issue

i eat carbs but whole grain now again potatoe veg

but wake up to cereal sugar on load a goody’s and pizza for dinner

5 packs a crisp for a snack then tea donnar in pitta extra cheesy chips

then late night couple a sandwiches

washed down all day with 20 cans a coke

carbs ain’t to good. lol

Ok, so the reason they aren't elevated is because they aren't, so, a diet of carbs doesn't cause high inflammation, because if it did my markers would be high, so all your arguments are dead in the water.
