It's part of a full blood count you pair of puddings, it wasn't an inflammation blood test but part of the FBC shows your inflammatory markers.

There's only one liar out of the pair of us and it isn't me son. So there we have it carbs don't cause inflammation and you are flummoxed so in an attempt to save face you use a typical excuse, you're known to move the goalposts, it's your modus operandi.

Moving the goalposts, answer the question, yes they are mine, so, why are my inflammatory markers perfectly normal when I eat plenty of carbs in my diet?

Give us a laugh greb stick up a pic of yourself and we shall see how much the carbs have been helping you lol

I'll ask you then instead of dodger, if carbs cause inflammation then why are my inflammatory markers fine? Don't think too hard about this, I don't want you getting a migraine. Lol

"It's..... Inflammation!" Not inflammation infested."

According to this you do have inflamation, but on the other hand it's not accurate always

tein (CRP) test result and still have inflammation. A normal CRP result doesn't always mean there's no inflammation, and a high CRP result doesn't always mean there's a serious condition.

Explanation
  • A CRP test measures the amount of inflammation in your body.

  • A normal CRP level is usually less than 0.3 milligrams per liter (mg/dL).

  • CRP levels can vary depending on the lab, your age, sex, and ethnicity.

  • A CRP level between 0.3 and 1.0 mg/dL indicates mild to moderate inflammation.

  • A CRP level above 10 mg/dL indicates severe inflammation.

  • A CRP test can't diagnose a condition or pinpoint the source of inflammation.

  • A doctor will consider your symptoms, medical history, and other test results to make a diagnosis.

When to get a CRP test
  • A doctor may order a CRP test if you have signs of infection or inflammation.

  • A doctor may order a CRP test to monitor recovery after surgery or other invasive procedures.
