Moving the goalposts, answer the question, yes they are mine, so, why are my inflammatory markers perfectly normal when I eat plenty of carbs in my diet?

Yeah, you're mistaken. Like most of your inside info, it's false.

Whilst I was out grafting during COVID, keeping the country running, you was hidden in mummies basement sharing Karen's FB posts.

Guys like me paved the way for you gret Sheila's, a thanks wouldn't go amiss, these lessons I'm teaching you are for free son. 😁

what would the country have done if it wasn't for you and captain Tom Moore the glue that kept the uk together during difficult times.

I'm a fencer mate grafted right through it supply and demand ,aswell as the added bonus of government grants good times roll on the next lockdown that's only around the corner.

bet you can't wait to get the pots and pans back out  lol

Exactly mate, the country would have come to a standstill. Lol

Fencing, give over, you didn't dig one fence post throughout lockdown, you were hidden away under the covers. Lol

Again, I appreciate your thanks.

You do know what I mean.

I posted my blood test result, which specifically shows my inflammation markers, which are in the normal range. Now I eat plenty of carbs in my diet, so, according to you and others on here, carbs cause inflammation, no if's or buts, well, explain my results.

So, stop ducking the question like a childish politician and answer tin ribs. Lol
