Goly 581 Posted yesterday at 09:38 Report Share Posted yesterday at 09:38 What King needs to realise, he needs to get his house in order. Does he smoke? If so, that needs knocking on the head immediately. Does he exercise, highly unlikely given he sits on a dumper all day and gets their lass to walk the dogs. He has also been on TRT from a backyard dealer, I bet he never had any blood work done before or after his course of testosterone?

Low in saturated fat, low in salt, low in sugar (shitty carbs) before you get a semi on lol. High in fruits, veg, whole grains and lean protein.
