Which I agree with, but, studies do show too much saturated fat isn't recommended, especially when you have CVD.

and this is where it gets tricky but at a certain age you are getting it anyway if it’s in ya bit certain days may speed it up

You mean the protein shakes that are low carb, don't think too much mate your head might hurt. Lol

Honestly mate ditch them shakes...there just powered crap...yeh I know they taste great and are simple to make...dead easy to make your own....3 hole eggs...half pint of milk150 gram Greek yogurt....blend it....50 gram of natural protein...or of course eat another 200 gram steak...50 gram of protein takes two minutes

What King needs to realise, he needs to get his house in order. Does he smoke? If so, that needs knocking on the head immediately. Does he exercise, highly unlikely given he sits on a dumper all day and gets their lass to walk the dogs. He has also been on TRT from a backyard dealer, I bet he never had any blood work done before or after his course of testosterone?

A balanced, whole food diet. Low in saturated fat, low in salt, low in sugar (shitty carbs) before you get a semi on lol. High in fruits, veg, whole grains and lean protein.
