A big hollow appears on your couch where you usually sit. You wake up with a mysterious pain in places  where you didn't even know you had muscles or ligaments . You feel the cold more and s

Or when you turn your car stereo down so you can see stuff better

I am embracing it, my favourite is to sit at the kitchen table and give absolute nonsense shit pearls of wisdom to my grown kids ! I like to finish off with telling everyone within earshot that “

It's the cold weather i have felt more this year than any other time in my life thought it might be down to dropping some weight. So much I bought a box of them hand warmer that are in a sachet with two small paper bags for warming my finger ends up. 😆

Now glad you mentioned  feeling the cold, I've dropped weight as well, but alot of it, down to my IBS. As if don't read bland type meals,  I have nausea  really wanting to throw up.so say 3 days I just have plan biscuits  with strong tea, if keep that down I try toast and tea,  so you can see that now eating  regular  type meals, would deff make drop weight, and he being  naturally 12 st 7lb  carnt really afford  to drop weight.but bit info for you regards feeling the cold, OK I am 72, and feel it more now, but felt simar  when 60. I having blood test 28 jan , to see if I am lacking B12 in my blood,  if not that they might tell me why I feel the cold in my hands and feet. But reading lads on about  women on here lol, OK prob  dick died 12 years ago lol.but I will be honest with, yeh I own now since my  wife died last year, but I've never lost that feeling if see nice looking woman, .and funny thing is, that I know  right, is that any woman you meet in your life even a bald  old fooker like me. You got to 100% still attracted  to them.not that it do thing, no you got to have that physical  chemistry  deff. It won't happen for  me again, I know that, but any young person it very important  deff.   Ray

I think theres a fine line between signs that you are getting old and signs you are just maturing in general.....for the most part ive looked after myself so dont have many issues physically but the mental and emotional changes like i say i dont know whether to put them down to maturing or getting old.......not losing my rag when im pissed off,not reacting to every f****n idiot that annoys me....not being aggressive and confrontational over complete nonsense....being able to just laugh things off and not give them a second thought.......maybe it is just an age thing but in all honesty from what i can see it isnt altogether a bad thing.

Appreciating the fact you're getting old, and enjoying it.

I put myself under MILES less stress nowadays, than when I was younger, and feel better and happier for it.

Another sign of getting old fecking hard skin and cracked heels. Never thought i would have to buy foot cream ffs.

I have to buy moisturiser for dry skin. Ffs lol

I realised this morning I was  making weird,  old geezer, gasping noises whilst having a crap. You'd think I was fighting  a hard 15 rounds with Joe Frazier.
