Ye, every time these days for a good few years, no breading season now

Too much mild weather, we've only had real cold weather last week apart from that it's been mild, annoying as I have a big shoot that opens up to me by February no doubt I'll be seeing youngsters

I enjoy your videos will watch this one later. As for noise around the holes back in the day with a little terrier who had a nose like a beagle. On more than one occasion we bolted a rabbit at least 3 times from different holes before catching it. They would slip a net or an unnetted hole etc. He would track them down and mark again and we would have another go. As said movement matters more if a rabbit sticks it head out and sees you it’s likely to go back in. The terrier also learnt that. I will never forget watching him by a hole and he could see the rabbit. He froze solid and swivelled his eyes to look at me to tell me he could see it. He would not budge until rabbit came right out.

ferreted with some good Russell's years ago, many of them failed fox dogs, didn't bother us at all.

That’s the thing Fred he was good fox dog to and never went ground on rabbits. The perk of being young and care free just hunting every day you really gel with your dog
