Pronghorn miles harder mate, I don't think even the greyhound has the speed to come to terms with one, and I'm not sure even the mighty saluki can run one down. Lol

A lad I know used to course 6 mile Bottom, he said one of the well known coursing lads was there with them one day (I forget his name) and the Hare got up and was going away, away, away and they are all looking at this bloke waiting for him to let the dog go, said the Hare was a dot in the distance, in the next field when he finally let the dog go.

Only went once with a few lads from London it was the first week in February I've never seen as many hare's in one area in my life as I saw that day.

I used to go to a place in North Essex and there would be 50+ on one field mate…..never seen anything like it.

Yeah I was about to say I don't understand how some find a lot fo this stuff far fetched ...but then I remembered a lot of people in the states have never been around these type ranches and the terrain or culture and have 0 idea so it's gotta be way worse from someone across the pond in a totally different deal.

But yeah actually posted this same deal in another forum and got this from a guy that worked on one of those ranches in the 80's

But anyhow it is nice talking to some of y'all about this. The second you mention the word poach over here no one really wants to think past " it's wrong !" No one wants talk about all the field craft ,the wit , the chase , the more complex ideals , idk just gives people a chance to get in their high horses I guess. And it's a real shame I feel. People will celebrate all the old West outlaws and jam to tunes about bank robbers or moonshiners outsmarting the law ..but someone goes kills a big buck on some rich guys land it's a time to get in your soap box and preach about ethics 🙄 please cry me a damn river . Same people will be fighting online for hours trying to defend there favorite pedo, embezzling, war mongering politicians 🙄 anyhow im rambling now...

Cool story by the way. Which more on here would share them

It’s a “needs must “ situation not many had to deal with and those that havnt had that come into their life don’t see what it took to go get  we all like to think we could cope but that’s not the case in reality for the vast majority

Par for the course with Gooey, aka mCHULL, I'm afraid,  wolfie.

Most of us on here have to guess wtf he's talking about most of the time.

Stick around, you'll learn.

As to the rest of your post, I stopped reading it after a few sentences, you were starting to waffle!!  👍
