druimmuir 1
Glad the dogs doing better, there is a slight cheaper option with Skinners duck and rice, I believe thats a glutton free mix and is half the price off JWB... Nicola
Andrea 2
yes, mines on skinners now, she too had problems from day one with loose bowels and constant pooing. Tried James Welbeloved, but she had terrible wind from it. The one she's on now is £12 for a 15kg bag. Glad the youngsters doing better
Guest ESS
try him with cooked mince and pasta with a tin of chopped tomatoes and tomatoe sauce.....have you tried him with tinned dogs food If vet cant find nowt wrong ...bowell.or allergies. Firstly get a set of scales wiegh her.Write it down..Dont give her high protien food this can opposite effect of what you require and need by speeding up her metabolism to a point where she will not put weight. You need to get green tripe, give her it twice a day .This will slow her digestion down. After a week mix with some plain meat mince will be fine.Wiegh her again and check that she hasnt lost weight.Just exercise on lead no running work for a couple of weeks. Then wiegh.Once wieght gain is noticed gentle exercise .Build her up slowly. As wetaher improves road work and swimming.. Good Luck Edited February 22, 2008 by ESS
kozzi 0
smother the bread with some olive oil and bake it in the oven to make a toast, not too often if she is loose; it is another great weight adder. Get her on chicken of some sort, carcass, necks, preferably wings. Put some honey in her water, it will make her drink more and it's an anti-oxident Personally, I would get her off the dry all together and feed her raw meat, especially the tripe and the chicken and keep away from the rich venison for a week or so?
