Just been down my mates to finish installing and lineing his kennels out.His pups are like donkeys now 25yrs and 8mths old but nice things.

Well ranging out is in there nature ,infact ranging out and never coming back is a speciality

This gives you a good idea of the scale of things mate 1.15 minutes in just for a quick example. Cracking channel with some good footage, well worth a skip through. I think he used to be on here at so

That’s what I was saying to him why aren’t more people breeding them,as there was plenty about years ago

The vast majority they don’t suit , there’s better breeds out there for lamping dogs and most people lamp , there’s not a lot boys doing what these dogs excel at really I think that’s the problem

I’d honestly love a cross like this

a friend of friend had one and they went out one day and that dog honestly put 7 foxes and killed 7

only problem was it apparently was very head strong dog was nightmare for hunting on

in all honestly the bloke was falconer and lurchers where a side interest to him but he did catch some stuff with he’s pointer crosses

His last 1 put some work in but he does a lot of ferreting and moors so the breed suits him,he has that much land to go at and he has had different breeds over the years to do the same work. These will be his last lurches now and will see him out mate

Then to save waiting for something that may not come around, why not breed your own ? Find a greyhound or even better a lurcher that's already doing the job ,and put it across the pure that you have??? Run a couple on yourself, find homes or cull the waste???

That way then you got what your after....
