So at our Simon / pianoman who could not get his new Hunter ( or whatever model it was ) so he had to lash out more money with Ratworks to get the thing to do what it was supposed to do in the first place. Sorry to the guy but it makes me bloody angry to hear about these situations. Iann 6 Posted January 28 Report Share Posted January 28 I haven’t had personal experience with Daystate, but I’ve dealt with a few brands in the past where I felt the product didn’t match the price or the promises. It’s frustrating when something goes wrong and the company’s support isn’t helpful. I always try to go for brands that back up their products and offer solid customer service. 1 Quote Link to post
