I think they can possibly, but I don't think they are going to rid the symptoms once you're infected. I've taken loads of Vitamin D & C, Magnesium, been eating loads of fruit & veg, still as bad if not worse. It's the worst I've ever felt since I got flu about 7 year ago.

I meant nothing by it , certainly if your immune system is low due to diet stress then I'd say it may improve it . Personally I'd say you either dodge a bug , have an immunity to it or cop it .

I'd agree that once it gets a hold it has to run it's course, but I also think if you can get something into you at the very first sign and give your immune system a boot up the ass it also helps with how bad the symptoms are. I'm probably wrong but it's worth a lash to try and keep us on our feet.

Yea probably a placebo or could of been the 3 times my normal daily calorie intake I've been consuming this past fortnight. Lol.
