America has over 700 military bases around the world. They have send tens of billions worth  off weapons to Israel and Ukraine .They had a 20 year war on terror ,that is estimated to have cost about $8 trillion and off that $2 trillion was spent on Afghanistan  and they are not willing to secure there own borders .
