How Old Are You ?

60 go to a gym most days mainly cardio work. As said before time is going faster.

well same age as charts  was 72 in august . well right now ive really felt my age . 1st  my wife died 6th feb , was married 40 years. so that knocked the crap out of me. 2nd got bad knee, having keyhole surgery  3rd January  2025 this Friday . so with everything  thats happened , and going to happen  Friday , i am deff feeling my old age. ok lot people say i dont look my age even though am bald  lol, and naturally slim , prob helps . strange really as in  2023  i felt ok , in mind and body . but right now feel a sad/ fed up  old  man, that have sore knee for month .

Hey, at least you're still compos mentis? I'm writing this after spending most of the day in  a place for old b*****ds who are truly gone with the pixies, or doolally tap as my dad  used to say. He's now also in there now

Hey up chaps, several operations, followed by amputations, stroke cancer loss.of two dear wives, mum dad sister brother all passed,    but I'm still  standing,   81 years of age in may,   clambered over a 5 bar gate last neet , eh.    Get on we it

64 in January. 

Still able to climb up and down cliffs etc. to get to marks for sea fishing, still walk miles with the dog. 

Have to make noises when I get up off the chair though.

Now then raymondo, come on matey, sad , fed up old man, ask yourself this, married 40 years, would the dear lady want you feeling down, would she buggery, you have family I see, your still compus mentis, you have your dog, you have friends on here , your still alive ray, some folks have nowt and no one. Plus ray there is counselling available for folks such as yourself. , I nursed my second wife for Nye on two years with breast cancer, so i.do.know how you feel,    ,  so cheer up.pal, and all the best I'm.fillin up.missen here ya bugger
