Range trip

Just got home the other day. Little brother said he he wanted to go to the range , forgot what recoil felt like. Didn't have a ton of stuff load up but had enough to shoot some range trash and just relax instead of all the stuff i usually do. Just bought a 12pk of soda to shoot. Shake em up really good and they make really fun reactive targets .Ended up meeting two guys there who where doin more of the tactical type stuff. Got to talking about their set ups ,gun belts, ect next thing you know their asking if we wanted to run some drills with them . Shot a BOB drills ( 10yd pistol drill, start from low ready , wait for the beep ,in holdster try to put 6 rounds into the A zone of a torso sized target  and re holster ) and fired some of there stuff let them shoot some of ours ( eveyone loved the different colored cast bullets) was a fun time. Best part is this goober has a bunch of pictures to post on his Facebook now ... Now only if I can drag our dad with us swear getting that man out the house is ridiculously hard.

Anyhow gotta go load up more rounds for this kids Mauser

Looks a good crack That mate and I like to get on the range as much as possible.  

I always try to be first on and get as much brass off as possible as I believe that all these “ one shot , one kill “ clowns who shoot then sit about all day aren’t building the muscle memory to be truly efficient at it . 
 

very jealous of your way of life over there , would love to be able to pull a colt long and short out on a Saturday morning for a few hours
