how can you get done for waking your dog ? i tell em to f**k off i’m on foot path walking me dog farmer seen you chasing a hare

 a rabbit was f***ing about in the field dog never got it how he does he know a rabbit from a hare  from that distance 

even if 3 witnesses said it was chasing unless you are seen recorded slipping tell them dogs playing doing what dogs do it’s f****d off im not hunting anything

Best thing to do if your dog is on to a hare and there's a tree hugger having a meltdown, just act up like the Fenton owner, go along with it, all hysterical like, they might believe you're as upset as them. Lol

Happened to me, dog nailed a white up on moors literally 10 foot in front of two fell runner's. It got emotional and I acted up and shouted no no naughty doggy , I said too them I'd never seen a white rabbit before. They got there phones out to take pics ect. But I played the part well and buried the hare and talked my way out of it.

It happened with my lurcher when my old man took him out over Langsett when he was wall past his prime, with those hares it's like shooting fish in a barrel.

I thought the GPS collar on the mutt  mite of gave the game up lol. I just started stroking the hare saying poor rabbit and naughty doggy . Shooting fish in the barrel ? Can be tough for small dogs on undulating bits with big dykes all over and a dog that is not used to running that ground. But for most biggish crosses yeah

Seen a post on X were this police force have gifted a confiscated thermal to a Lincolnshire badger watch group . This police force seem pretty determined to stop any type of hunting with dogs and reckon now with this labour government the mounted pack's are in for an hard time in the year's to come.

3 witnesses and it goes to court you have blown it in getting away with it i would have thought. Similar happened to me 30 odd years ago and 3 keeper's and two coppers were going to swear on oath when it went to crown court that I had been caught on the land luckily enough the old womans garden i ended up in tussling with 3 keeper's had phoned the police and the call was logged but it was my brief who got this evidence and it never went to trial for a few different charges two for assault and threatening behaviour as well as a couple of poaching offences.

just deny deny deny mate even witnesses unless they see you intentionally slip 

magistrates your guilty before you start so just deny it admit to nothing see if they take it further

Think if you have any previous convictions for them crimes that will also go against you.
