When you have a large budget on an operation (Galileo) .. with quads, drones etc… they will turn over every stone to arrest you.. mobile phones, DNA, etc. Once green and flint rock up, your pretty much f****d unfortunately

Lincolnshire Police were on the TV other week complaining they ain't got enough coppers or resources 2 police the town centres and suburban areas yet the got plenty for running about the country side after folks wi a dog they even commandeer the fire brigades drones 2 help search for these lads  whilst people genuinely in trouble have 2 burn to death or drown an such like 👍

Suppose I've been lucky over the yrs, lots of places I dug on permission, weren't the easiest of places to get too,or pleasant enough to hang about lurking waiting to catch someone out....the mobile ph

Everyone seems to missing the most important point.  Hare coursing is illegal. It shouldnt be and we all hate tony bLiar the c**t for doing it but it IS banned. If you are caught doing it you WILL get f****d. Yes its a shame and yes its disgusting but its the way it is. Yes you can say that you have permission but its STILL illegal so permission is null and void. Either dont get caught or dont do it. Yes there ARE  a few grey areas where you might be able to wriggle through the net. A gun DOES help, "i was shooting them, the dog was just for flushing". If you get a sympathetic judge your golden, if you get a judge whos an anti you wont have a leg to stand on. You can argue all sorts of possible grey areas but you are taking a risk. Guys we all know the rules, flout them at your own risk. Have mitigating surcumstances lined up just in case but understand that nothing is bullet proof.

I’d say when the check the dead hares and they died from the dogs DNA on there fur, then it probably won’t get thrown out.

Dog retrieved them or followed up if wounded. Only fly in ointment is if they weren’t wounded. Again perfectly legitimate if they had been netted and dog collared them. More holes in this than one of my home made purse nets

And by the way, if you use a gun to wriggle out of it just know that the police are spitefull c**ts and when its time to renew your licence you will be losing the licence. Even if you still lose the case.

Yep, even with permission you have to chance your luck even with the best of preparation. There's always a pair of prying eyes somewhere near and that's all it can take to get into bother. You might get away with it first time around but after that yog won't have a leg to stand on.

I thought that’s how they will try and do em. Just had a 940 pound fine for walking local in summer we running dogs. 3rd time up in maj 3 witnesses give evidence 3rd time. (50 yard off a public footpath) done for trespass with intent to search for or hunt hares. Nonces walk out of court better off. All about eradicating our culture and identity and there won’t stop till it’s gone

The fact is if your on perm you shot and wounded a hare or if you flushed into a net and in either case the dog found it you would not have broken the law. If you did exactly the same thing with a fluffy cocker it wouldn’t even be an issue. Yet the fact it’s a Lurcher means you get discriminated against which I thought now a days was such big no no. You can’t go around offending people. Then for them coppers to have a go at the farmer in public all over Facebook before any thing is proven was well out of order. Until proved other wise the farmer did nothing wrong. Shame they don’t get a good solicitor on the case and sue the lot of them

“Innocent until proven guilty “ is a complete fallacy; otherwise no one would be held on remand; no one would spend a night in the police cells before coming up before a magistrate the next morning.

Of course dangerous people and criminals need locked up, but “innocent until proven guilty” is nonsense, as is “policing by consent” . Who gave them consent ? I was never asked !

The police are the foot soldiers of the politicians, they owe allegiance to the government, not the people.

We are simply the tax payers who supply the money for the politicians, none of who are actually qualified in what they do, to spend as they see fit to stroke their egos !

Rant over, have a nice Xmas lads !
Cheers.
