Permission doesn’t make you safe

Recommended Posts

I remember once i had a knife confiscated from me years ago and after the police had finished their investigations they sent a cop to return it to me. And as he walked past the van he saw my lamp through the window and said "thats illegal"! I said "no it isnt, i only hunt on permission, i dont poach" (if they only knew lol) and he replied "yeah but it isnt fair is it, blinding them and killing them like that". I said you can come out with me one night if you want, youlle see they run just fine". He declined the offer

Well known or not, it has no bearing in law! A known thief can walk into a shop and buy shit without being pinched ffs Absolutely disgusting abuse of power and law!

Suppose I've been lucky over the yrs, lots of places I dug on permission, weren't the easiest of places to get too,or pleasant enough to hang about lurking waiting to catch someone out....the mobile ph

And who can blame some farmers for putting a few bob in their pockets for letting lads run a few hare's. Fekin unbelievable how this police force operates i wonder what their detection rates are for house burglaries and violent crimes and other crimes that affect us all.

that’s it there paying farmers  and most likely keeping lads from wrecking stuff they do a better job then the filth but they won’t be liking it

bad character link may be of interest to some

also SA2020 shows the absolute ability of the law to dq hare coursers and passengers from driving .

let that sink in , you can drive a hundred miles and pan someone’s head in and keep the licence. But if you Chuck a dog over a hedge at a hare , you can loose yours and your mate sat in the passenger seats livelihood .

utterly horrendous  when you get to the brass tacks

Same as you say horrendous when you think about it. Same as those dealing class A drugs from a motor none of them loose their licence for driving about destroying life's and communities even though some will get jail time I've never read about any of them getting driving bans for a far more serious crime than running a few hare's.

Just had a read of that they love to scrape the bottom of the barrel must be bad if they are mooching round to see what internet groups someones on to get a conviction

"Reprehensible connotes some element of culpability or blameworthiness. It might include within the context of hare coursing the possession of footage of previous coursing incidents, membership of a Facebook group dedicated to the shared experiences of those involved in such offending or similar"Q

I'm sure when they brought the ban in involving dogs on rabbits up here in Scotland even on permission the farmer/landowner could be liable for up to a £30,000 fine. That's what happens when your run by the SNP who's shagging the green party. Country is fcuked lads, glad I'm nearing 60 and I've had a great life with dogs, ferrets, I really pity the youngerer lads now a days in the sport !!! Great Britain fcuk all now, atb for the future lads

How would this stand up in court? He's on permission with a dog and a firearm and hasn't broke any laws? Surely get off with it or get thrown out?

I’d say when the check the dead hares and they died from the dogs DNA on there fur, then it probably won’t get thrown out.
