Just read on facebook that David harcombe has passed away. A sad loss to the hunting/terrier world always enjoyed his books.

a sad loss indeed,RIP dave, used to love getting the ed/rd every month a proper magazine which dave ajways did his best to get published on time, ive still got every issue from start to finish thankyo

I never met him, but had a few email conversations. Although I mainly bought EDRD for the lurcher as opposed to terrier articles, his were always my favourites as he really made you feel like you knew every one of his terriers and their backstory.
