I have a dilemma. My 9mth old English Springer has a few toys. Balls, rubber bone and rope bone. We had an old guy in the studio today who trains springers. He said that this was a bad idea because he chews them and will lose his "soft mouth" I just wondered what your opinions were on this. If it is a sound principle then the toys will hit the bin :icon_redface:

Well thinking logically would the pup loose its soft mouth if it chewed the rim on its bed ? or your slipper
