i recently got a nikko sterling 3-9x40 complete with mounts. it was used and in good condition. it was so good that i decided to put them on my .22lr rather than my bsa airgun. they are really good nice group with sub sonic at 75yds. The scope cost me £22, the only thing i can advise is chek out the sellars reputation ie. 98% feedback.

I use cheap Chinese scopes on most of my guns except the rimfire, and I've no complaints whatsoever, but I would recomend you buy decent mounts.

Used to cost £210 in the uk for about 6 years but now generally available for around £150. F*****g brilliant scope for the money, and even better at £56+.
