Absolutely top marks dc . I really envy you mate.  I really wish I had the nerve to do it.

Weve been planning to move to Wales over the next few years( either right by a beach , or somewhere very rural) , but I'm seeing welsh folks saying that things aren't so good up there these days .

Just saying DC that a wide beam will restrict the water ways your'll be able to travel on but all the very best with the next episode of your lives bud..

We plan to buy a narrow boat first FM,we will all be  squeezed on that, until we empty and sell the house we are currently living in👍we will keep it for the 3 kids to live aboard, and use it for holidays and exploring. The widebeam will be for myself and the Mrs to live aboard...that's the deal breaker or the Mrs said she stays where she is mate :whistling:

Mel if you have the money to buy somewhere real rural in the north/west of the country or right on the coast in  Wales from the Gower up ,it's beautiful, but I'm from the south Wales valleys,it's like a f***ing ghetto, all the bad now out weighs the good 😉I've never wanted a bigger house in a posh new build estate... because the f***ing scumbags are all still around yous regardless 🙈 👍
