As we are all hunting hunting men your immediate reaction is to defend other hunting men, unfortunately the old school poacher is not the current type, "walk the land and leave no trace" was how many

Sorry mate I don't agree..  How you behave and conduct yourself is what makes you a man imo... Regardless of ban or not the video shows a bunch of c**ts acting like a bunch of c**ts, if we want t

A proper dog with an owner who ain't scared of the dark don't even need a motor.

Are these standards of behaviours exclusive to lamping / coursing or are they universal across all working lurcher owners ?

I lamp and course and 90% of the time I’m poaching and 99% of the time no one knows I’ve been.

Cheers.

Whats a real shame is its the Hare is the big loser. That farmer and probably and every other farmer in that area will exterminate every Hare.

No Hares no problem.

But then they don't give a f**k just move to somewhere else.

Cheers Arry

Let’s face it lads, we can pontificate as much as we want but in most peoples eyes anyone who ever killed anything with a dog is pure scum of the earth and now there are the penalty’s to match.

What you won’t be reading in news reports is “He only ever took a few for the pot and left no trace”

Its a low man’s move teaming up on a loan farmer, but the stakes are high so it’s bound to happen.
When it was still early stages of the ban we drove fields all the time without any hassle……now you may as well be robbing a bank with the improved law and sentencing.

I do a fair lump near me that's owned by a woman, I've spoken about her before, she is proper mental in all the right ways lol .

Met her late one night lamping next doors farm, unknown to her we had permission (was with @white van man). We'd just walked a field and about to flick the lamp on in the next when a set of headlights was ploughing through the field we'd just done...old habits we crouched in a hedge and let them pass, up the hill and away.... Walk to the top of the farm and see someone at the top of the hill walk across a gateway with a gun over his shoulder, we flashed the lamp on him and he walked down to us ..says, "oh the poachers, we've been looking for you" I tell him we're on permission, give the farmers name etc... he says that someone wants to meet us and walks us back to a gator with a small woman sat in it... She abruptly asks us would we go her side and sort the rabbits... I failed to tell her we'd been slipping over there fairly regularly for a year or 2, it was full of rabbits..lol...She's brilliant though, I'll sit at her table having a cuppa and shell show me old pics of her old lurchers, she was right into lamping, great old stories... As hard as nails she is, I like her, mad as f**k lol

Spot on mate.

A lot of lads think that all farmers hate anyone being on their land , but the reality is , that most farmers either like , or are happy to tolerate , most fieldsports. What they won't (and shouldnt have to )tolerate is vandals and thieves.

I've yet to meet a farmer that isn't happy for someone to keep on top of pests .

I have one permission of just over 1000 acres . Both the farmer that i shot for , and his son , that i shot for , have sadly passed now , but when he was alive , most people thought that he was a horrible old scrote , the reality was that he was one of the nicest blokes that you could ever meet , but he'd spent his whole life chasing folks off his land , that were , causing damage , causing nuisance,  or just looking to nick something .

Cheets.

A lot of the time , farmers probably know that lads are having a mooch about , but as long as they aren't causing problems,  they're more than happy to let them get on with it.👍

I would say they was matching wouldn’t you ?

I'd say they were just being useless c**ts.What do they actually think they're gunna see with 6 motor loss of them racing about all over the place.Id guess that walking anywhere probably sounds a bit too much like hard work for them.

Where’s the proper lads mate ? Where are they all ?

it’s a crock of shite about all this proper dog men acting accordingly . There’s people causing carnage and there’s people doing bits . The in between is few and far between .

this behaviour is 100% the product of the ban . No one was acting like this until last 10 years . Land drivers in the past were nearly always bull x Crews up and down the A1 M1 in Subarus

not many people roadside now cause it’s not worth the risk . When it became outlawed , only the outlaws can take part .

I'm here

I'm there

I'm everywhere

Watching waiting anticipating

Lurking in the shadows

I go unnoticed

Dusk is near

A golden goddess

The form is stirring

A rise a stretch a yawn

We're moving

It's time
