There's catching moles then there's catching rabbits and hares mate chalk and cheese , it's like a joiner trying  to tell a car mechanic how to do his job.

Take no notice mate no one was jumping down mc's throat when he was doubling his experienced bitch with  a top quality whippet trying to get his bitch in on a kill in the middle of winter double standard some on here mate

Looked like a dropper aswell if we totally honest haha

No better feeling than bringing a dog on from a pup...giving them a spin at 10/11 month old and  watching it take it's first rabbit/fox/deer etc...no drug comes close Neck😔

A pic of a few dogs owned by London lads in the past. The white bitch was the litter sister to the great grand dam to lucky the dark destroyer i believe. The brindle bitch was a fx saluki greyhound.

Mate my Wheaton x bitch is 27 tts and 80/90 lb fighting weight...had her out ferreting from first jabs with longnets etc, around the harris/gos hawks, she's done everything you would use a whippet/smal

Giving a pup dropped rabbits in middle of a field...is lazy imo, better to let them mouth a few ferreting first...

Don has always been able to attract moths to the flame... without even trying😉...he's a fanny magnet for wallopers😁

If you are gonna drop em you don't give them 150 yards head start... like you say its lazy though, I don't think it teaches them much imo..each to their own though, if nothing else this site has taught me other the years we certainly ain't all the same! Lol

That's lurchers danny mate. Sighthounds are f***ing stupid clumsy c**ts. I one took a CN bred pup. The c**t impaled its self on a broken fallen down oak. The rabbit headed for cover an the b*****d ran straight into the broken branch. Was a right gash. The dogs aren't bred for close quarters small land. If you've got one that's abit of whippet in standing at 20 , 23 inch sound. But a dog that's 25 27 inch. That's why me an one of lands few years back. Did a swap he took my whippet I took the stag hound type. He was running dales me bigger land.

you know when you laugh about me summer with pups before first season lol

well you have a pup it’s a hunting dog so you go out everyday letting them play run fight course each other then at some point its nose will take over then it will spring something and all the while it’s around cover etc so it’s comfortable around it

not running into branches because it ain’t been off a lead and it’s that fired up seeing something it goes 209 mile an hour

I took your advise on that pal and I’ve a dog now mustard in cover from what I’ve heard of the line they usually are but if he’d been kept on lead and slipped when something came up it be a different story

plus there’s ground I go on Id rather see the dog hunt up figure it out for himself some of the rough white ground up here your not finding out with a thermal
