I know plenty of farmers and horse people so cow slurry, horse manure is free, a pal is a tree surgeon and he drops of loads of bark chippings for free.

Having an allotment should be a pleasure, not a cost ! LOL !

Same here a fella brings horse shite down into bays for fellas down there. Chipping for pathways. Look bang on in summer months. Alot take pride in there plots. Early went for a mooch after Leeds game depressing walk losing to Portsmouth. But seeing the tumblers up in the sky dropping down over allotment cheered me up. Lol
