Can you write that in English mate? Lol

I'm guessing you just said that you have just had a five and half minute run and your dog was slipped from the motor and that the run took a lot out of her, causing her to pant furiously after the run?

No better feeling than bringing a dog on from a pup...giving them a spin at 10/11 month old and  watching it take it's first rabbit/fox/deer etc...no drug comes close Neck😔

A pic of a few dogs owned by London lads in the past. The white bitch was the litter sister to the great grand dam to lucky the dark destroyer i believe. The brindle bitch was a fx saluki greyhound.

Mate my Wheaton x bitch is 27 tts and 80/90 lb fighting weight...had her out ferreting from first jabs with longnets etc, around the harris/gos hawks, she's done everything you would use a whippet/smal

Just checked, close season for shooting hares is 1st February to end of September.

Of course there is no close season for some dog lads ! LOL !

Cheers.

I used to show young dogs there runs once stubbles were about. Soon as farmers had brought the crops in. 3/4 size hares. Still can put up a good run for young dogs. Give them a few months. Then October to mid jan. But now with climate there breeding earlier.

I've seen a 3/4 hare run better than a full grown hare local, my dog caught both but the leveret was harder to catch.

Depending what ground your running too.

They were in a field or two pal, strange one. It doesn't say much at the end of the day, it may have been an older hare that was close to meeting it's maker. It's funny that we never consider things like that, age, condition, I bet there's some science on when a hare is at it's peak during certain times of the day, etc.

It's funny but there will likely be something to it. You'd think they would be at their worst after a belly full of snap but I'm sure nature has already figured that, they probably lightly graze all day so they are primed to escape any potential predators, etc.
