Could try taking them to a cobbler/ shoe repair shop. They'll have the right kind of glue for the job, then give them a coating of something like this

scotty like matchmen i went on plough first run mate kick up at me feet couldnt do it so 90  yds slipped didn’t go 40 secs splattered  i said f**k this i can’t fo it let 4 on the plough for another day went to seed l

slipped next 100 yds it took ages for the dog to close the gap the hare  was flying got to badger set what a  hare next seed 100 good slip motoring she gets to it after busting a lung worked it in out so cover killed it in style middle a field 

3up 2 down and that ain’t picking slips lol running plough i’d a splattered 6 in under a min that ain’t coursing or a proper dog mate but you know that on seed good hares ain’t going over quick now
